Soft Moulds

We have specialized Engineering & design divisions that offers an extensive range of services at every step from concept to manufacturing. To manufacture a lower volume of parts, we commonly use the urethane process with silicone moulds which produces parts from silicone. It allows relatively cheap tooling, for high number of parts, and enables us to use the intended production material .Once the Soft tooling mould developed, we complete the R&D Testing , then proceed to Tooling/Mould production .
